Wareham Animal Hospital is Hiring a Veterinary Client Service Representative Near Wareham, MA

Job Description:

Wareham Animal Hospital is looking for a Client Service Representative to join our fast growing Animal Urgent Care facility. The Client Service team will promote positive interactions with clients, staff, and our referring veterinary community.

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in the veterinary industry but willing to train the right candidate
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented professional with the ability to solve problems and make decisions independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills including electronic medical record keeping
  • Ability to handle emotional situations with compassion and patience
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs

What would be your key responsibilities?

  • Managing doctor and technician appointment schedules
  • Making appointments
  • Fostering open communication with our referring veterinary community including sending and obtaining medical records
  • Answering phone calls in a timely and friendly manner
  • Diligent Medical Record documentation
  • Maintaining a clean, comfortable space for pets and clients
